Welcome to ArteElisa. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

ArteElisa LLC operates this website. By using our site and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Products & Production

All items sold by ArteElisa are custom-made and produced under a made-to-order model.
Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Estimated production time is 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout where required by law.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers (such as Square). ArteElisa does not store full payment details.

4. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, or once production has begun, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

5. Address Changes

Customers may request an address change only before the order has been shipped.
ArteElisa is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier.
ArteElisa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been shipped.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Returns & Refunds

All items are custom-made, and sales are final.
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
• The item arrives damaged
• The incorrect item was received
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Approved cases will be resolved at ArteElisa’s discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of ArteElisa LLC and/or its collaborating artists.
Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or use any design for commercial purposes.
Products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Collaborative Products

Some products may be created in collaboration with independent artists.
ArteElisa reserves the right to remove or discontinue collaborative products at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

ArteElisa shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Delays caused by third parties
• Minor variations in color due to screen differences
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
